Welcome Village-to-Village's (charity no 1120360) website. We have been working in rural Tanzania for the past ten years. Seeing the real benefit volunteers can bring to the projects for the past six years we have been hosting volunteer placements in the Kilimanjaro Region of Tanzania, East Africa. These projects contribute to genuine sustainable development of our activities supporting Education and English teaching, Sustainable Agriculture as well as Health and HIV/AIDS. We are not a 'gap year' company and all of the money raised by our volunteers is reinvested into the project activities in and around Uchira. We are big enough to make a difference in the communities we work with, but small enough to be personal and approachable. We are guided by expert knowledge of community development and forward thinking enough to implement innovative solutions to challenging problems. As a small organisation we really need all the support we can get. Whether it is through offering your time volunteering for us in Tanzania or the UK, a one off donation or regular standing order to give regularly or simply using our webshop to do your shopping online from your favourite stores, it all makes a difference!!
